Accounting Assistant
Job Description:
Maintains and ensure that financial records are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures
Ensure correct and complete details of all accounting records- Process and verifying bills payment and purchase orders
Issuance of checks and 2307 certificates
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Daily update and meet monthly deadlines- Prepare and producing monthly reports for BIR compliance
Perform other accounting and clerical functions to support Supervisor and Manager.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
Preferably with 2-3 years experience related to the job is required- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and render overtime if necessary
Attentive to details and works well under pressure
- Good analytical skills and knowledge in reconciliation
Have strong sense of urgency- Good interpersonal skills
Computer literate (MS Office and Excel)
- Knowledgeable in any Accounting software

Pay: Php17,
- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
