Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with inventory management and cost control.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.- Assist with financial audits and compliance activities.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports
Filing of Vouchers and supporting documents- Assist with month end closing
Provide assistance during audits
- Maintain accurate historical records
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
