Job SummaryAccounting Assistant is responsible to assist the Accounting Manager. He/She handles all the invoices, transactions and payments to be made to the suppliers of Itemp Holdings.
- Responsibilities and Duties
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Audit background and knowledge handling subsidiary accounts is a plus
Accurately prepares and maintain accounting documents and records- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Respond to client or vendor inquiries as required- Assist the Accounting Manager in record retention requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
Preferably 2-3 years work experience specializing in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Computer Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of SAP Accounting Software an advantage- Organized and with very good attention to details
Full-Time positions available.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
