Qualification- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With at least 2- 4 years experienceCertified Public Accountant
is preferred Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise- Willing to work in Makati
- Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews work of reporting staff, such as accounting entries and attachments thereto:- Expense documents (such as supplier's invoice, statement of account, official receipts)
Cale and summary of liquidation documents (supplier invoice, statement of account, official receipts)
- Prepares Summary of Revenue vs. Cost
Prepares month-end journal entries (accruals, reversals and adjusting entries)- Handles reconciliation of accounts (A/Payable-Others, Accrued Expense and other expenses and other accounts assigned that may be required for reconciliations.
Prepares monthly cash estimates.
- Supervises, coach and counter checks tasks and reports of direct reporting staffs.
Leads the Accounting Department and take charge in the decision functions in the absence of the Finance and Accounting Manager.- Submission of estimated Financial Reports (Results of Operations) one (1) working day for review of Finance Manager before the required submission date of the top management.
Provides technical guidance to staff that sound accounting practice is carried out, in accordance with International Accounting Standards, IFRS and PFRS
- Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
