An Accounting Associate is responsible for keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing payments (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables), conducting audits on relevant sales transaction items such as sales discounts, and BIR-related requirements such as Sales Journal and Bounded Sales Invoice monitoring.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting related course
-At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Exposure to food industry and retail set-up is a plus
-Excellent attention to detail, good in numbers
-Matured and with a good sense of responsibility in handling sensitive information
-With effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Can handle multitasking and can work under pressure
-Well-versed in the use of MS Office- must be good in Excel and other Windows-based programs
-Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati City
