Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivables process.
Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests.Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial information and sensitive company data.
Prepare and submit reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.Provide administrative support to our accounting firm.
Handling payable payments for government taxes such as Pag-ibig,SSS,PhilHealth and BIR compliances.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Help with accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.Responsible for payroll processing, time keeping including data entry and verification.
Addressing payroll related inquiries from employees.
- Ensuring accuracy of time and attendance records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized
At least 1 year experience as accounting assistant- Amenable to work in Makati or Cavite
