Accounting Assistant

Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is a beauty brand builder and omni-channel distributor of health, beauty, and wellness products. It is the legacy of Do Day Dream Philippines and an offshoot founded by a group of Filipino beauty industry executives and entrepreneurs.

We are looking for a passionate Accounting Assistant under Finance and Administration Division.

Key Job Accountabilities

1.Provides support to the Finance & Accounting team of daily activities such as but not limited to:

• Assists in functions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

2.Ensures that the data are correctly inputted in the SAP Business One.

3.Performs basic office tasks, such as but not limited to:

• Bank Reconciliation
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Invoicing, AR and AP Management
• Compiling and Reports preparation.

4.Researches and resolves account discrepancies.

5.Obtains information from other departments to ensure records are accurate, complete and up to date.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related field.
2. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
3. Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in MS Teams.
4. Familiarity with SAP is not required, but an advantage.
5. Keen to details and accurate in reporting are important skillset.
6. Willing to be assigned in a hybrid set-up (4 days on-site, 1 day work from home) in Tomas Morato, Quezon City area.
