Duties and Responsibilities Maintains company's books ensuring proper, accurate, and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Preparation of Trial Balance.
Prepares various reports:
- Management Reports
- Annual Audited Financial Statements
- Reports to Insurance Commission
- Other reports needed
Prepares the monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory deadlines for:
- Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Local Government Unit Business Permit
- Government Agencies
Attending to customer needs while maintaining strong work relationships.
Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of weekly cash receipt and disbursement report.
Attending to Special Lines and Branches Requests- Proper and organized filing of documents (Official Receipts, CWTs, Letters, Company Documents etc.)
Review of Certificate of withholding Taxes
Other duties and responsibilities that may be requested by management in relation to the section's needs.
Knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage;- At least 2 years working experience in Accounting;
Good people skills
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course in Accountancy
Great focus with attention to details and highly organized individual.
