Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • General Accounting
Maintains company's books ensuring proper, accurate, and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Preparation of Trial Balance.
  • Financial Reports
Prepares various reports:

- Management Reports

- Annual Audited Financial Statements

- Reports to Insurance Commission

- Other reports needed
  • Statutory Compliance
Prepares the monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory deadlines for:

- Bureau of Internal Revenue

- Local Government Unit Business Permit

- Government Agencies
  • Customer Service
Attending to customer needs while maintaining strong work relationships.
  • Others
Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of weekly cash receipt and disbursement report.
Attending to Special Lines and Branches Requests
  • Proper and organized filing of documents (Official Receipts, CWTs, Letters, Company Documents etc.)
Review of Certificate of withholding Taxes
  • Cash management
Other duties and responsibilities that may be requested by management in relation to the section's needs.
  • A Bit About you:
Knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage;
  • At least 2 years working experience in Accounting;
Good people skills
  • What we need:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course in Accountancy
  • CPA is preferred;
Great focus with attention to details and highly organized individual.
