Duties and Responsibilities: Providing support to the accounting department by creating and editing financial documents.
Organizing bookkeeping process of the company.
Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
Preparing monthly payroll for employees.
Ensuring that premium contributions are remitted on time.
Processing of BIR tax remittances.
Suggesting improvement in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs.
Interprets and apply accounting policies, rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Drafting, preparing and compiling financial and statistical statements, reports and summaries.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any 4-year related course.
Professional license, Certified Public Accountant is a plus but not required.
With more than 2 years work related experience.
Excellent in computation, with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to details.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Advance knowledge on Xero, QuickBooks or other accounting software.
