DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements
Track expenses and evaluate budgets- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Enter financial data into the system
- Prepare a balance sheet and update financial records.
Maintain the confidentiality of all financial records and company data Systems Improvement
- Adheres to company rules and regulations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
