• Position: Accounting Assistant

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team in Pasay City. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.

Support the accounting team in daily accounting tasks and month-end/year-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Handle administrative tasks related to the accounting department.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting manager.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in Pasay City.
