Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a
Finance Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our finance department, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Expense Management:
Maintain records of company expenses, reconcile credit card statements, and assist in expense reporting.Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain financial records, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including tax filings, audit preparations, and internal controls.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel), accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and basic knowledge of financial principles.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data entry and financial documentation.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to assist in financial analysis and reporting.

Pay: Php17,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
