ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Accountable for the examination and evaluation of the company processes on store sales, inventory, operating practices including documentations.
Assist in developing or suggesting efficient internal controls such as processes and procedures in the store/branches- Create an audit plan, implementation of audit plans by visiting the stores/braches, and conducts follow-up audits
Prepares and present reports regarding findings and develop recommendations on how to strengthen internal controls
- Responsible for training employees on new systems related to store sales documentation and controls approved and for implementation.
Reporting findings to management with regards to discrepancies in the store- Participates in meetings with individuals and departments to update audited parties on findings and the audit process
Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs
- EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Accounting Major, Internal Audit, and Business Management with Basic of Accounting subjects.
Any other related course implied
- Atleast with 1yr. previous related work experience
SAP and POS experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel and computer knowledgeable
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing- Basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills and data analysis
Knowledgeable in accounts payable, general ledger system and procedures
