Job Summary:Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, preparing payments of accounts, and accounting reports and schedules.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
File and maintain accounting documents and records
- Manage and process all bills and invoices for payment, all overdue accounts and identify all risk accounts and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner- Enter key data of financial transactions in database
Track accounts payables and financial records to ensure compliance to SLAs
- Prepare documentation for accounting transactions and other financial transactions
Process all transactions for vouchers and maintain invoices for ledgers and reconcile all financial statements. cash for deposit, check vouchers and checks for disbursement- Check all accounting entries and transactions and recommends appropriate correction as required.
