We are looking for a motivated, positive and keen to detail Accounting Assistant clerk who will be doing data entry and document prepping role to support the accounts team.
Entry of all accounts payable invoices into the system
- Checking of coding for accounts receivable.
Set up all payments in the bank and compile supporting documents. Correspondence with managers to follow up and get updates on debtors.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- At least 1 year Accounting or Data Entry experience.
Experience with Xero and/or MYOB highly preferred.- Excellent English skillsWritten and Verbal
Preferably with experience in Xero
Strong sense of professionalism and organization with a high degree of attention to detail.
