Job Qualifications:- Candidate must possess At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy
At least 2-3n years of relative work experience- Highly analytical, systematic, and organized and works with the highest degree of integrity
Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative skills
- Self-starter, proactive, driven, and able to work independently or with a team
Proven ability to communicate in English, both written and oral- A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond and business needs
Amenable to work in Aseana 2 Paranaque City.
Preparation of billing/invoices and statement of account (SOA) to be promptly sent to a customer.
- A/R journal entry for customer payments and adjustments and reconciliation of accounts.
Coordination with customers and operations to resolve issues/concerns/disputes with the end goal of collecting the account- Analysis of AR aging and credit control
Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Other Finance-related tasks.
