I. General Job DescriptionThe Treasury Assistant is responsible for the cash management of the various bank accounts of the Oak Drive Ventures and its subsidiaries. The role requires coordination of the requests from various locations for payments and remittances.
- II. Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements and conduct regular bank account reconciliations
- Tracking and monitoring cash flow and managing bank accounts
- Processing payments and invoices accurately and timely
- Filing & payment of monthly & quarterly BIR & government mandatory payments
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely financial information
- Assisting with the preparation of Audited Financial Statement & Income Tax Return
- Administrative roles, particularly involving paperwork management support
- III. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance- Previous experience working as a treasury assistant or similar role, is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft office , bookkeeping and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information- Self-sufficient and pro-active
Must be willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
