ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Job Description
The Accounting Manager ensures timely recording, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of allfinancial information to Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
- Creates efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
- Oversees effective and timely posting of transactions in the financial system on theircorresponding chart of accounts and balance sheets to produce the needed financialreports needed for business and regulatory requirements.
- Conducts financial audits for the purpose of verifying the accuracy and reliability ofthe financial data and carried out through the examination of financial transactions.
- Assist business in analyzing variance and variations from stated strategies atbusiness and segment
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Must have at least five years (5) Manager level work experience from retailcompanies and related industries.
- Extensive Knowledge of General Accounting or in finance related work
- Technology savvy, must be proficient in using financial software.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Amenable to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
Work Set Up: Monday to Friday is onsite; Saturdays are remote work.
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm
