MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related field.
License: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience: Two (2) years experience in finance/accounting management.
TASKS:
Responsible for the overall management and supervision of financial operations encompassing tasks such as overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, facilitating strategic financial planning, managing budgets and forecasts, leading and developing accounting teams, and contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the organization.
SKILLS:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop creative solutions to complex financial challenges.
Thoroughness and accuracy in reviewing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive work environment.
Willingness to stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends through ongoing professional development and education.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Personable with strong work ethics.
