Under the supervision of the Controller and participating as part of a team, this position is responsible for rent collection and processing, bookkeeping and property-level accounting, billing and payment processing, and the maintenance of accurate records.
Recording monthly rent transactions- Processing payments and owner draws
Creating and updating monthly client reporting packages
- Transactional accounting tasks (bank reconciliation, journal entries, creating bills and invoices)
Communicating with clients and responding to accounting inquiries- Updating and maintaining accurate tenant and client ledgers
Assisting team members with accounting-related inquiries and questions
At least
1 year of experience with
Quickbooks Online- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience using productivity software (Monday, Asana, Notion, etc.)- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 8PM-5AM Manila time
