Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review financial records
Create, prepares and monitor billing submission and collection.- In charge of performing account reconciliation with clients and suppliers
Ensures that all accounting documents are properly filed, traceable & retrievable.
- Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other book of accounts
Ensures that liquidation reports, reimbursements, receipts/invoices and other accounting documents are compliant with Company & BIR policies and regulations.- Assists in preparation of documents and schedules for Audit procedures
In charge of filing and submission of BIR documents monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Participating in tax audits and payroll and preparing Quarterly / Annual Income Tax Returns
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.- Help encode daily and monthly expenses in preparation of monthly report.
To perform other duties and tasks that are required and assigned.
