Accounting Analyst (Project-based)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. This role is crucial for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to revenue, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the order-to-cash stream, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.

• Key Responsibilities:

Review financial transactions affecting assigned AR accounts and prepare journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of AR accounts to confirm accuracy and correctness of balances.

Contribute to the preparation of monthly report packages, variance analysis, and analytical schedules for internal stakeholders.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related business field

• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting

Knowledge of automated financial systems (ERP) and MS Office

• Familiarity with PFRS, SEC regulations, and Internal Revenue regulations is a plus

Strong analytical and communication skills

• CPA certification is preferred but not required
