Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails from clients and vendors
Send out invoices and settle accounts with vendors Create regular spending reports
- Maintain files of bills and invoices
Monitor the SEC- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support duties
create financial and statistical reports and statements.
- Analyze financial data to find inconsistencies.
Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
Draft and report financial presentations.
- Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)
Bookkeeping experience- Administrative office experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
- With at least 1 year of Accounting experience
