Qualifications- Graduate of Accounting or other related course is preferred.
Previous experience in any relevant accounting / administrative position is preferred but not required.- Must be computer literate, proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, Google sheets

- Provide clerical and administrative support to General Manager
Compile and update business document records- Check and balance of daily sales transaction
Weekly liquidation report of petty cash expenses
- Filing of receipts and related documents for BIR requirements
Assist in admin duties (electric and water submeter monitoring, utility bill monitoring)- Prepare cash and checks to be deposited at corresponding banks
Coordinate required documents with the bookkeeper
- Help in purchasing of office supplies
Issuance of SI/OR
