Accountant (Tax and Business Advisory) who can work with us full-time and on-site!

As an
Accountant for this role, you will need experience in tax, financial reporting, tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning. This is a great opportunity for experienced accountants who are looking to continue using their skills while working with a supportive team.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
- Provide tax and business advisory services to a diverse client base.
- Prepare and review financial reports, tax returns, and compliance documentation.
- Support clients with tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning.
- Leverage Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager for tax and financial reporting.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to support their growth.
- Continuously improve technical skills and client engagement capabilities
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
- Experience with Xero Tax, Xero Practice Manager, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to work with a close-knit team and a diverse range of business clients.
- Open to part-time or flexible work arrangements.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering client success.
