You will be responsible in:Job description
- Completing daily bookkeeping
- Managing account receivables and payables
- Liquidating all expenses within the company
- Will be collecting, organizing, and keeping track of financial transactions;
- Updating and keeping general ledger
- Performing reconciliations for payroll, utilities, payables and receivables
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year end closure of accounts;
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Able to use English as the working language
- Bachelor's/College Degree or above in Accountancy/Banking/Finance
- 3+ years working experience in Accountancy/Finance/Banking
- Able to make financial reports independently
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software and database
- Personnel competency:
- 1. Reliable and responsible, flexible, innovative and vibrant, proactive and self-motivated
2. Good practical accounting skills and knowledge
- 3. Good communication skills and knowledge
4. High attention to details and accuracy- 5. Fast learning, willing to accept and learn new things
