The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar role or a basic understanding of accounting, with the ability to work as part of a team and a high attention to detail. You will show a great work ethic along with reliability. You will be punctual with strong IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively through email.
Duties will include, however not be limited to:
Accounts Receivable
- Preparing customer invoicing (Xero/Uptick)
- Managing customer purchase orders in Uptick
- Uploading customer invoices to customers portals
- Liaising with compliance team
- Managing customer enquiries
- Debt collection
- Reconciling customer payments in Xero
Accounts Payable
- Data Entry of vendor invoices
- Payment of approved invoices by credit card o Reconciling creditor statements
- Reconciling Creditor payments in Xero
- Entering credit card invoices and reconciling
- Managing employee expenses in Xero
Other duties
- Managing Accounts inbox Accounts administration
- General duties as required by Management
- This position involves full-time work, 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm AUST, in a remote setup, collaborating with one of our clients in Australia. You will work closely with a team, leveraging technology to connect with team members and achieve desired outcomes.
