Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Analyze budgets and transactions, and create expense reports.- Reconcile bank statements.
Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare documents for audits.
Must be able to pay transactions on time or before deadline.- Acknowledgement receipt and other transaction receipts must be kept and well-documented for cash voucher.
Liquidation of petty cash must be done accurately.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data.- Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status.
Bachelor's degree in accounting.- Must be a certified public accountant (CPA).
A minimum of five years experience in accounting/finance is required.
- Ability to express ideas and information in an organized and logical manner.
Possesses strong communication, presentation, negotiating and influencing skills.- Exhibits strong technical accounting knowledge.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working experience in a construction industry is a plus.
