Job Description
The Finance team at Lendi Group comprises Commissions, Financial Control and Business Partnering sub teams, with a common mission to build the leading modern finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the operational processes for financial accounting in the Philippines are executed accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Get To Be Part Of
- Handle tax filings and remittance of financial obligations
- Prepare annualization and other year-end tax requirements
- Assist external auditors during the year-end audit
- Manage financial and accounting software systems effectively
- Review and process vendor invoices with precise EWT booking
- Perform financial analysis and prepare month-end journal entries
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Review financial documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor expenses in line with company policies and procedures
- Prepare final pay computations and draft BIR Form 2316
- Process and monitor maternity benefits
- Consolidate payroll-related loans and contributions (monthly)
- Handle payroll journal entries and accruals
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate profile:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 4+ years of working experience
- Strong technical knowledge of tax and statutory tax requirements and solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Knowledgeable in Financial Force (Certinia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and a good problem solver in aspects related to financial analysis and reporting
- Have the ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
