What you will do:
- Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Responsible for payroll processing including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed
- Responsible for AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentations up to date
- Manage inter-company reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting
- Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required, ensuring support across various functions
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
- CPA, ACCA or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions
- Hands on experience with Xero accounting software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions
- Capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Meticulous, well-organized and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
- Self-motivated and dedicated, consistently with a positive and results-oriented attitude
- Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills
- Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
