Accounting of daily transaction and ensure complete documentation of all business transaction
- Maintains ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control account
Preparation and Issuance of Invoices and Official Receipts- Updating accounts payable and cash flow schedule
Maintenance and Monitoring Fixed Asset listing
- Periodic cash counts of petty cash
Assist on ad hoc finance-related task and projects
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. CPA is preferred but not required.- With at least 1 year of related experience using Xero or Quickbooks.
Can work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Fluency in Google suite (Word, Sheet, etc.)
