Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting needs of EnfraUSA Solutions
- Responsible for analyzing, summarizing, reconciling and processing all Accounts Payable transactions
- Responsible for managing payroll process to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers
- Performing basic reportorial with Government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and BIR
- Provide Administrative support to Operations and the company
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas
- Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Accounting or any related course
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position (1-4 Yrs. experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent)
- With at least 2 years relevant bookkeeping, payroll processing and/or government benefits experience
- Preferred strong knowledge in Tax Compliance (BIR and PEZA)
- Good organizational skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled to work with minimum supervision
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
