Setting up new and acquired plans to ensure smooth and seamless onboarding
- Entering opening balances and reconciling statements on transfer managements
Monitoring and resolving any accounts payable and accounts receivable issues- Review annual financial reports and adjust accordingly
Monthly plan financial statements reconciliation including journals
- Managing audits and attending to auditor's queries
Assisting managers with BMC budgets and fund distribution Generating S184 certificates
- Generating roll for new plans
Processing debt recovery fees Daily download from Macquarie Bank
Attending to payment run- Managing Stage 1 & 2 debt collection
At least one (1) year work experience in the similar role.- Strata experience is advantage but not required
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, and or similar program
