Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end closing activities of multiple accounts- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries of multiple accounts
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review for multiple accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions of multiple accounts
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies.- Preparation and Issuance of Invoices.
Setting up of subscriptions on Stripe and Square.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Monitor and review financial transactions, expenses, and revenues to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks of multiple accounts- Stay updated with accounting principles, standards, and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.
Ad hoc tasks from the client.
CPA - Not required but is a Plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online (and other accounting software) and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Square and Stripe platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST) - For Full-time.
