What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Check inventory levels in the warehouse weekly, ensuring proper stock control and alignment with financial records.
- Work closely with the leadership team to create budgets that support our mission, aligning financial strategies with company goals.
- Oversee tax planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and improve internal controls, helping us operate efficiently as we grow.
Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience with Quickbooks and knows proper accounting entries per transaction.
