You're set to play a crucial role in assisting our Australian client by delivering top-notch services for their business.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new insolvency clients in relevant systems.
- Preparation of standard appointment notifications.
- Preparation and monitoring of ASIC statutory lodgements.
- Assistance in the preparation of reports to key stakeholders such as creditors.
- General operation of Insolvency Accounting software, including input of financial information, data processing and maintenance.
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS for insolvency appointments.
- Generation and analysis offinancial reports of insolvent entities through XERO and MYOB.
- Analysis of bank statements using software and tools.
- Investigations into transactions entered into prior to appointments.
- Tasks associated with the finalization of insolvency appointments.
Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting related field
- A minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience in the field of accounting is required for this position
- Previous experience working for an international practice is desirable
- Proficiency with XERO or MTOB accounting software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A genuine interest in learning about a very specialized field in accounting
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Must be willing to work on AU Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL) from Monday to Friday
