The Role
Financial/Management Reporting
Prepares General Ledger entries and performs EOM closing activities
Monitors monthly financials vs plan/last year
Prepares monthly account analysis, variance reports, and Blackline account schedules
Prepares monthly reconciliation of SL vs PL transactions for Insurance Commission reporting
Prepares quarterly forecast
Prepares monthly report/recon of Commissions and Premiums collected for Insurance Commission reporting
Review and monitoring of manual statutory invoices issued
Others: Prepare ad hoc reports, as required
The Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy or Finance
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Should be knowledgeable in Philippine accounting standards, tax regulation, and reporting
At least 1-3 years of significant experience as a CPA
Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays
