Job Description

  • Evaluate email alert for potential customer rate change and implement new rates for customer across multiple products where applicable.
  • Validate that the customer rates across multiple products have been set up correctly by comparing different sources of rate information.
  • Build product pricing schedules for numerous products as part of the customer contract creation process.
  • Evaluate new and renewal contracts for customer rate changes.
  • Build and implement new/updated rate matrices for customers across products.
  • Perform audits of recently submitted rates Initiate routine rate audits across all products for large customers.
