As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting Account Managers with their day-to-day tasks for campaigns across both offline and online platforms. As an Account Support Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the Ad operations team and Ads Account Managers, ensuring seamless campaign implementation and optimization. Your role will not involve external engagement with active clients outside our team.
Work with Account Managers to ensure campaign deliverables are met and coordinated with the AdOps team for implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the AdOps team to set up campaigns and share ad previews on time.
Monitor campaign pacing and delivery performance with Account Managers, applying optimizations as needed and coordinating with the sales ops team for any required campaign changes.- Coordinate campaign reports between the AdOps and Account Management teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support Account Managers with billing/collection updates, working with the finance team to ensure timely submission of required documents to clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in ad operations/campaign management.
Ability to work well in a team and across a matrix structure in a fast-paced environment.- Proactive communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate any issues or support needed to the team.
Ability to work independently and be physically present in the office.
