Job Description

The Account Sr. Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with customers while meeting a designated portfolio of accounts. The Account Sr. Specialist will focus on understanding client requirements, resolving issues, and optimizing the overall client experience to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Account Acquisition and Management

1.1Initiate strategies to retain and grow existing clients.

1.2Oversee client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered as agreed.

1.3 Negotiate contracts or pricing terms and collaborates with internal teams to deliver client expectations.

1.4 Identify and target potential clients

2. Client Communication

2.1Act as the main contact for clients

2.2Address client's needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Relationship Building

3.1Establish trust by providing personalized support that addresses client's specific needs

3.2 Engage clients in regular meetings and events to maintain connections.

3.3Identify opportunities for collaboration or partnerships.

4. Problem Resolution

4.1 Proactively address any issues that arise the course of client relationship.

4.2 Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, resolving billing discrepancies or managing customer complaints.

4.3 Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions, maintain client satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting

5.1Support the management in forecasting future sales opportunities by reviewing sales data, market trends and client feedback

5.2Assist in developing strategies to meet revenue targets.

5.3Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to highlight key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement

6.Other Duties and Responsibilities

6.1.Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned as needed.

6.2Comply with the Company's Quality Management System.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or other relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an Account Specialist, Key Account Specialist, , Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and work with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level
  • Has good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
