• Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through excellent communication and tailored digital solutions. This role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

• Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their concerns.

• Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner.Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

• Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Specialist or in a similar role.
Background in customer service for at least 2 years, with a strong sales background.
Proven ability in client retention and strong customer service knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.

• Shift Details:

Shift starts at 11:00 PM and ends at 8:00 AM Philippine time.

• This is a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour break included.
