Job Overview
The Account Specialist for is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales accounts on various e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive sales growth. The Account Specialist will work closely with the E-commerce Manager, marketing teams, and fulfillment departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee company accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.- Monitor account health and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Handle account-related issues, including disputes and customer complaints, promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and positive reviews.
Data Analysis and Reporting- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies.Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall e-commerce goals.Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Manage product listings and ensure accurate inventory information on all platforms.
Platform Compliance
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce platform policies and best practices.
Ensure all listings and account activities comply with platform guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Working Conditions
Office-based with occasional remote work flexibility.- Occasional travel may be required for meetings and conferences.

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
