Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
  

• Answer customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
  

• Negotiate and maintain cost effective contract pricing structures with vendors to ensure a positive return on investment
  

• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  

• Handle the Supermarket accounts
  

• Provide administrative and clerical support
  

• Closely monitor the update of SOA, weekly collection payments and countering of invoices for Retail sales (both)
  

• Prepare and submit weekly Itinerary
  

• Verify monthly deductions/merchandising expenses per clients and record the details
  

• Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management.
  
• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent;

• Working experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required;

With good presentations skills;

• With proven sales experience and strong analytical data skills;

With sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations;

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Exceptional customer service skills.

• Can work in a fast-paced environment;
