Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Answer customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
- Negotiate and maintain cost effective contract pricing structures with vendors to ensure a positive return on investment
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Handle the Supermarket accounts
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Closely monitor the update of SOA, weekly collection payments and countering of invoices for Retail sales (both)
- Prepare and submit weekly Itinerary
- Verify monthly deductions/merchandising expenses per clients and record the details
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management.
- Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent;
- Working experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required;
With good presentations skills;- With proven sales experience and strong analytical data skills;
With sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional customer service skills.- Can work in a fast-paced environment;
