Basic Functions:- The position is primarily responsible for developing new markets and accounts to achieve sales objectives. The position also handles product endorsements, customer servicing, and overall accounts management.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing accounts from various sources: referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, other leads.
Aids in business growth by expanding offerings to existing clients/ customers in order to develop and sustain captive customers.
- Gathers customer requirements/inquiries and bid materials and prepares proposals for standard product offers.
Prepares proposal after consolidation of inputs and documents (drawings, costings, bill of materials, etc.) from concerned departments.- Coordinates with the Sales Support Team for the preparation of Sales Order Form and its requisite attachments/supporting documents. Monitors progress of projects and analyzes sales development.
Monitors status of project/sale up to delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- May be asked to represent the company during client special events and projects such as openings and anniversaries, to ensure close customer relation.
Communication Skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any Electrical or Business course
