a)
Plans, monitor, control, and evaluate solicited corporate accounts.
Implements the sales process effectively and efficiently.
Maintains positive business relationships with new clients.
Proposes designs and methodologies in developing new accounts to improve Sales operations.
Studies result of the template or systems used, and/or feedback mechanism to improve Sales operations.
Coaches and assists Telesales Assistants in developing new accounts. Provides quotations and rates to clients.
b) Account Management & Rates Approval
Handles and maintains existing accounts.
Maintains positive business relationships with existing clients.
Provides clients with relevant and service information for their present and future needs.
Manages achievement of the set monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI (production quota).
Approves rates in compliance to the set limit approved by the division.
c) Departmental/Account Reports
Prepares and submits daily and weekly report/update report to the Sales Head.
Handles and monitors weekly, monthly, and yearly sales report of key accounts.
Handles and monitors weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline report.
Handles and monitors weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production report.
d) Project Management and Quality Improvements
Responsible in interfacing between external and internal customers to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Proposes designs and methodologies of measurement tools to gather customer feedback.
Facilitates the implementation of the measurement tools.
Designs and implements market intelligence to study competitors behavior and products.
Conceptualizes/designs, effective, and economical scheduling tool to perform the Sales Process. Facilitates implementation of an efficient scheduling tool.
Monitors and evaluates measurement tools of the Sales operations.
Conducts efficient and regular quality check before and after preparing each activity.
Follows efficient scheduling tool of the department.
Ensures quality and accurate information in filling-up of forms and recording used by the department.
Ensures Sales files are organized as per company policy.
Ensures adherence to the Operation Safety and Cleanliness guidelines.
e) Staff and Personal Development
Approaches the Sales Head if there is a need for assistance or coaching in certain areas to improve individual goals and/or KPI.
Conducts regular Sales training and coaching sessions.
Conducts training and caddying to new Account Managers, whenever necessary and required.
Monitors individual performance and ensures personal technical and behavioral growth.
Ensures adherence to the company's Code of Conduct.
