Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our existing corporate customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, and participating in consumer product customization projects. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and build relationships with our existing corporate customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Understand and anticipate the needs of corporate customers, providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential corporate clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate customers, including lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized sales collateral and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Participate in product customization projects, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends related to corporate customers and consumer product customization.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in acquiring and managing corporate customers, preferably in the consumer product industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of corporate customer acquisition strategies, account management, and relationship building.
  • Experience in consumer product customization projects, including coordinating with internal teams and managing customer expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure new business and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making.
