- Develop and Maintain good working relationship with existing customers to retain them and foster loyalty as well.
- Acquisition of new customers for Chained & Centralized Accounts
- Effectively implement company policies, guidelines and strategies related to sales and customer relations.
- Work closely with Sales Admin, Logistics and Operations Teams and other departments to ensure supply requirements of customers are known and met.
- Provide timely reports for the Area Assignment as required by Management.
- Report any competitor movement or activity in area of assignment.
- Achieve accounts receivable targets in accordance with credit terms and policies.
- Assist collections department with call outs and collection of overdue accounts.
- Directly reporting to Business Development Manager BDM for Commercial Sales
- Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of Sales Experience and Key Accounts Management
- Has an excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT- With pleasing personality
Can drive motorcycle with valid driver's license.
