The Role
Job Description
- Perform field works for a minimum of Five (5) prospect clients (prospective) daily or as prescribed by the management.
- Set appointments and present Company Services to prospect clients.
- Prepares quotations/proposal depending on client's requirements and secure confirmation of the rates through a signed conforme.
- Review and Analyze Gross Profit of a prospect account.
- Prepares and reviews documents such as: Contract of Services, Claims Agreement, Terms, and the likes.
- Ensures completion of documents for every new client.
- *Coordinate with other department any concern obtains from clients to ensure client satisfaction levels are met & maintained.
- Does regular representation and PR with the clients.
- Attends client's company events/activities (if necessary).
- Prepares Sales and Marketing Plans for the target clients/industry.
- Prepares and submits on time: Weekly Itinerary, Sales Highlights and Sales Report to the management.
- Prepares Yearly Sales Budget.
- Goal and achieves Sales Target for the year.
- Monitors and manages any claims arising from the account.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Monitor and Re-new documents such as: Contract of Services, Cost Breakdown, Equipment & Supplies and other offers for the account.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
- Must be (4) Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in SALES is required for this position.
- Must have passion in selling, confident and result oriented person.
- Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Goal oriented, hardworking and likes to travel.
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
- Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower Deployment) with market leads is a plus;
- Philgeps/government or private bidding experience is a plus.
