DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the assigned account portfolio, contributing to overall business growth and revenue targets.
Prioritize initiatives within the portfolio based on account profitability, revenue potential, customer lifetime value, and strategic alignment.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the account portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and optimization.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends relevant to the account portfolio.
Account and Financial Management:
Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps or challenges.
Analyze account profitability, revenue streams, and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio financial targets.
Track and report on key financial performance indicators for the account portfolio.
Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and efficient financial operations.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the account portfolio, including credit risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Stay informed about emerging risks and trends, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the account portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in product management, preferably in Telco / IT industry
Knowledge of products of assigned portfolio
Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Soft:Leadership & Team Building, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving & Strategic Decision Making
Hard:Product Management & Development, Business Acume, Technical knowledge on Core Data & MIS Products, Portfolio Management, Influencing & Negotiation
Bachelor's degree in ECE / IT / Business Management or related field
